We'll i just got back from a trip to vancouver. i've started jamming with Leper, I'm gonna be thier new guitarist for up-coming summer tour! man im excited.
WHEW! im HomE! funnest time ever! Paris is so cool. The whole trip is sort of this blur of crasy famous art, partying under the eiffel tower, drinking tons of 4$ bottles of wine with my brother, drinking belguim beer for breakfast/lunch, Finding the best blackmetal record store, buying sweet black metal, getting into bars. Well you get the idea. For christmas i got a new digital camera (along with beer and beans from my brother) And so i took (no joke) 2100 pictures the whole trip. A few of em even turned out allright! It will take awhile to get them all sorted out, but ill post some of the best! But for now, its back to lame-ol plain life of working and school all day everyday. woopee...
So i've been working a poundload recently, basically saving up for next summer, and also becasue im going to Paris in two weeks! woohoo! goto sweet french punk shows! should be a good time! Other than that, lots of grad things are happening, i got my grad photos taken while wearing my favourite Immortal tshirt, so i can remeber it forever! Well i have lots more to update, but im really hungry, so im gonna go eat!
Well lotsa new and exciting things happening! The best one is that i finally got my new drum kit...wait...new AWESOME drum kit! Its so amazing! especially the snare drum. wowsers! I've also finished writing two techno songs in this class i have at school. Compu grind is in the works right now, should be done shortly. Im really into Immortal right now, and thier 8:00 minute songs... Im getting a free ipod from apple because mine broke, and the warranty expired, but then i mailed them this huge long complaint letter. I went out and bought my halloween costume today, but it was hard to find everything, but it is in the works! so just wait everyone! best halloween costume ever is soon to be revealed! Lets see, what else can i blather about. So i cant believe Misery Index is actually coming to victoria! Unfortunetly its not all ages (darn!) so ill be sitting at home bored, but Misery index was actually the very first grind band i ever heard! I was looking for some misery signals, and accidently got some misery index. I've never been the same since. So theres three shows this weekend, and i cant go to one. Humph. (pelican is playing, and so is Man Man) But anyhow, i have some food awaiting to be eaten!
Ive been working working with one of these all week, and just found out im missing a chip for my computer. I looked it up and they cost 700$ to replace, which is a piss off, becasue the whole usit cost 1400$ to start. (no i didnt buy it) But music is going super rad, 3/4 of my school day is spent in the band room, and its rad. I cant wait to start recording things! woo!
